This is the
choice faced by all of us.
For most it came before we
joined a church or were
baptized. For many
Catholic believers it can come
after those events when the
teachings of a church collide
with or disagree with the plain
teachings of Jesus. If you
have labored in the Roman
Catholic Church without feeling
the love and freedom of the love
of our Lord, Jesus the Christ,
now is a good time to begin
experiencing the joy and love
Jesus has provided for you when
you accept His free gift to you.
You must first establish in your
heart that you believe Jesus
first and foremost and that you
trust Him with your salvation,
not a church or a system of
works or a man.
If you have
already accepted Jesus as your
Lord and Savior and believed on
Him that His death and His blood
was sufficient to wash away all
your sins forever, then, you may
still be faced with the choice
of leaving the Roman Catholic
Church. This can be a hard
decision to complete, but, it is
much easier than the decision of
cult members from Mormonism or
the Watchtower. Since,
excommunication is not as bad as
it used to be, you may not lose
all your friends and family like
many cult members do.
Thank God for that. Still,
it is a hard road. But,
you must follow Jesus, not a
church, to be a Christian. Take heart
that He says
"Take my
yoke upon you, and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in
heart: and ye shall find rest
unto your souls. For my
yoke is easy, and my burden is
light." Matthew 11:29,30
Though the
path of the Christian is hard at
times, the burden is light.
You have been set free from sin
and bondage by God. You
are free of guilt and fear of
punishment. You are truly
able to embrace the loving God
who now is your Heavenly Father. If

you already understand that you need
forgiveness for your sins against
God and His Will, then you need only
believe and accept that the price of
that forgiveness was paid by the
sacrifice of Jesus, the Son of God,
on Calvary's Hill. You can
call on God, Jesus, now, and you will know
that you ARE
saved by God and have been forgiven
and restored to God. You will
know that you have a
personal fellowship with Him, the
Creator of the universe.

forgiveness of

I confess with my mouth
and believe with my
heart that Jesus Christ
is Lord.
I believe that He is
your Son and that his
blood was shed for me
that I might be forgiven
and have
Eternal Life.
I repent of my sins and
claim the blood of that
Lamb for my salvation.
I believe though Jesus
died and was buried and You
raised Him up alive from
that grave.
Lord Jesus, I ask you
right now
to come
into my life
and be
my personal Lord and
Savior.
Because your word is
truth, I confess
with my mouth that Jesus
Christ is Lord and
I believe in the only
begotten Son of God,
therefore, I know that I
have eternal life with
you!
Holy Spirit, I ask you
to teach me your ways
through your Holy Word.

Now
that you have prayed
that prayer, KNOW that
you are saved.
"But
as many as received him
[Jesus], to them gave He
power to become the sons
of God, even to them
that believe on His
name: which were born,
not of blood, nor of the
will of the flesh, nor
of the will of man, but
of God." John 1:12, 13
You are bought with a
price (1 Corinthians
6:20), the blood of
Jesus. Therefore, you
are precious to God. No
matter what you have
done in the past, IT
IS THE PAST. God
has forgiven you and
will NOT ever remind you
of your past. He will
not even let Himself
remember it. All He
sees now is a precious
daughter or son covered
by the blood of the
Lamb.
PLEASE, take a few more
minutes right now that
will continue to change
your life. Go to the
Book of John in the KJV
Bible and start at the
beginning. Read all
that Jesus did for us
and it will make things
clearer for you. It
will strengthen your
heart that you are
special to God and that
you are saved. If you

If you do not understand why you
need to be saved or why you are
separated from God, here is an
explanation from the Bible. Paul
explained to the Romans why we each
have need to be forgiven to have a
personal relationship with the God
of creation. It is called the
Roman's Road to Salvation. You can
follow this scriptural guide to be
saved (born again, washed, redeemed,
brought to a personal knowledge of
God)
It
is a group of Bible verses from the
book of Romans in the New
Testament. If you walk down this
road you will end up understanding
how to be saved.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God."
All
means everyone of us. No one has
any special claim to perfection.
Everyone of us has done wrong.
Remember, when it comes to sin,
there is no great or small sin. Sin
is sin. We have all done it.
Therefore,
- You must admit that you are a
sinner, too.
Romans 6:23a "For the wages of sin
is death,"
Sin has one punishment, one price to
be paid. That is death.
- You must understand that you
deserve to die for your sin just as
all of us do.
Romans 6:23b "...But the gift of
God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord."
God has offered you Eternal life
instead of that death as a free gift
paid for by His son Jesus. You
cannot earn it by doing anything or
it would not be a gift!
- Simply accept His gift, ask God to
forgive you and save you.
Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his
love toward us, in that, while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for
us"
God showed, commended, His love of
us while we are still sinners.
How? He let His only begotten Son
die for our sins. When Jesus died,
He died for all of our sins. He
paid for our sins before we were
even born. By this we know that God
loves us, because, He sent His own
son to pay the price of our deeds,
to take our place on the tree of
punishment.
- You must see how much God really
loves you and know that the price
has already been paid. You do not
have to pay it or do anything to
earn it, just accept the love of
God.
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall
call upon the name of the Lord shall
be saved. "
How can you (whosoever) be saved?
It's simple. Read that verse again
if you did not catch it, YOU are the
whosoever. Your family is
whosoever. Whoever would be saved
and know God need only...
- Call on the name of Jesus to save
you and you will be saved.
Romans 10:9,10 " That if thou shalt
confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from
the dead, thou shalt be saved. For
with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation."
You
see, if you confess that Jesus
Christ is Lord, and believe that He
is risen from the dead, you are
saved. Jesus could not be Lord and
God of you life if He was dead.
That was why He was raised from
death to show that God has power
over death and is alive.
- Pray the prayer at the top of this
page and believe it. Confession is
salvation and faith is
righteousness.
If you have tried everything else in
life and found no comfort, or
if you have felt a longing that has
never been fulfilled, or
If you have felt guilty for things
you have done in life that you
cannot take back, or
If you feel that no one understands
you or no one loves you,
KNOW from
reading the Words of God above that
He loves you, He is the one who will
fill up your heart. As Christians,
we have felt a peace that gives us
rest at night. We have felt a
relief from our mistakes and our
past lives that is wonderful. We
have felt the love of God which is
the only unconditional love that
most of us have ever known. You
see, true love is unconditional.
All you have to do to have that love
is love God. We show our love to
Him by believing Him and accepting
His way of reaching us. Religion is
man's way to God. Jesus was God's
way to us. When you accept the gift
of Jesus and believe on Him, you
show God your love and longing for
Him. In that moment, there is
nothing between you but His love.
Modern medicine and psychology has
struggled to help us feel guilt free
and happy, but, God tried to give us
that from the beginning. Once you
have come to God and accepted Jesus,
your life WON'T be perpetual
happiness here, but, you will be
happier. You won't be able to help
it. Perpetual happiness will come
when we are all united in heaven
with God and start the rest of our
eternal lives. For now, we have to
lean on the Comforter to help us
through this life. He will bring
joy and peace at times when you
can't see how you will make it.
But, that is what a Comforter does.
After reading
all this, know that not only God
loves you, but we love you, too. If
we did not, we would not have taken
the time to put this page up. We do
not want your money. We do not ask
you to attend our church. We just
want to be in heaven with you. We
